The rezoning for that same building was public one to three years earlier. Earlyworks shows you the whole line, from the application filed last month to the excavation permit issued yesterday, so you can choose where you want to start the conversation. It is built for the trades that get called first: formwork, concrete, shoring, rebar, cranes and excavation.
Nothing here has to be taken on trust. Every project links back to the city record it came from, and a separate program re-checks a fresh sample against the city's own systems every night.
