What Earlyworks keeps
- Your email and password if you create an account. The password is stored hashed by Supabase, the login service; nobody at Earlyworks can read it.
- Your saved projects, so they follow you between devices.
- Your saved alerts: the filters you asked to be emailed about.
- A daily count of project files you open, kept for the member daily limit. A count, not a browsing history.
- Your email on the founding list if you left it in the signup box, held in Netlify Forms until billing opens.
What Earlyworks never does
- No advertising trackers, no analytics beacons, no social pixels.
- No selling, renting or sharing your information with anyone.
- No emails except the ones you asked for, and every kind can be turned off in the app the moment you change your mind.
What stays on your device
The app remembers your theme, your chosen metro and your sign-in session in your browser's own storage. That data sits on your device, not on a server, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
Payments
When billing opens, cards are handled entirely by Stripe, the payment processor. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to Earlyworks. Earlyworks sees only whether a subscription is active.
Where it lives
Accounts and saved data are hosted with Supabase. The website and the founding list are hosted with Netlify. Both are established providers with their own security practices, and Earlyworks stores nothing about you anywhere else.
Deleting everything
Email info@earlyworks.ca from your account address and your account, saved projects, alerts and email preferences are deleted. Done by a human, usually within a couple of days.
One more thing about the projects themselves
Project records in Earlyworks come from public government sources and sometimes name individuals, because the city printed a name on the permit. That is the city's public record, shown as published, with a link to the original. Earlyworks adds nothing about individuals to it.
